30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
You may return your undamaged product with all accessories and packaging, within 30 days after your order’s date of shipping for a refund for any reason. If the reason for return isn’t quality-related, you shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
Return unopened packaging within 30 days for a product refund.
Returning opened packaging within 30 days, that is not eligible for a warranty return, will incur a $39 restocking fee. Some states do not allow restocking fees, so the above restocking fee may not apply.
12-Month Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
We will take care of all quality-related issues within 12 months from the date of shipping. If your Roav stops working, and is determined by Roav support to be eligible for a warranty return, we will help you exchange your Roav. Any provided shipping labels must be used within 20 days from the date they’re issued by Roav Support.
1. When does the warranty begin?
It begins from the date of shipping.
2. What isn’t covered by the warranty?
●Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
●Improperly operated devices.
●Lost or stolen products.
●Purchases outside of their warranty period (unless otherwise stated).
●Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
3. How do I claim the warranty?
Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions.

. Returns must include a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) which is obtained from Roav Support. Any product returned to Roav without a return authorization will be sent back at your expense.
4. What should I return after getting RMA?
The original box and all included accessories. Please keep all packaging when you receive your Roav in case a return or replacement is needed. We’ll inspect all returned item and then issue the refund or replacement.
5. If Roav is taken abroad, can I still claim the warranty?
Yes. If item is taken outside the purchasing country, we will also take care of all quality-related issues. However, international shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
6. What is a valid proof of purchase?
An order number or username when placing the order.
If you made your purchase through Roav website, we may be able to locate your order details using your email address, name or shipping address.
If the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.
7. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?
The warranty continues from the date of your original shipping. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
